We are looking for someone short term only (until May/June) to rent our spare room. The rate is bills included.
We have a 3 storey place off Elm Grove with lots of space. There’s a small garden. We have an indoor cat. The spare room is a decent sized double. It’s part furnished at the mo but we’re happy to rearrange things to suit you.
We are a couple, both 33, pretty chill (not super coupley!) We’d mostly be keeping ourselves to ourselves but are up for a bit of sharing meals and social time if you are.
The spare room is on the ground floor (ours is uostairs), next to living room and shower room. We have our own bathroom upstairs but would be using the shower on your floor.
(PS, we have neighbours to think about so it’s not really a party house).
