We have a large room available from 1st November in our queer coop household.
We are a housing cooperative which means we manage the property instead of an agent. So there are no agency fees!
Tenants must attend a coop meeting once per month.
The rent includes council tax and water. Internet and gas/electric are separate.
The room is unfurnished.
The room next to this one is occupied by a smoker so applicants must be ok with this!
You will be living with 3 men, 2 of which are queer. The house is in a fantastic location, next to north Laine and London road.
The let is offered as a 4 month let, as our contract is up for renewal in February ‘26 and we are not certain the landlord will renew. (However it could extend longer) Perfect for those looking for a short let.
