Room available in Kemptown two bedroom flat

I am looking for someone to take over my lease and take on a room in a gorgeous two bedroom flat. The flat is part of the Kemptown Enclosures, meaning you have access to the private gardens. The flat is sea facing, and on the top floor, so there is lovely sea views from the living room. You’d be living with one other 24 year old flight attendant, who is away much of the time for work. Rent is 750 per month not including bills. You would be required to go on the lease via the letting agency, which would require you pass referencing. The contract is for 12 months however there is a clause which allows you to leave after 6 months if desired, by giving two months notice.
