Spacious room in 2 bed house ✨ 2 month sublet

I am heading away from 1st Jan to 5th march and am looking for someone to sublet my room (as agreed with the landlord). The timings are flexible.

The house is a homely space for relaxing, with a cute garden, living room with a fireplace and dining room. The bathroom has a bath and shower. You’ll be sharing these rooms with my lovely housemate Josie who is a teacher. We like a calm chilled house, especially in the week.
The bedroom is a spacious double with a desk for home working. I’ll put my stuff in the attic but will leave the furniture.

The location is very handy - at the bottom of Hanover near the level, 15 minute walk to the station, 10 minute walk to the north laine and Aldi, 5 minutes to London Road and lots of bus stops nearby.
