Medium Double Room in North Lanes

We are advertising a double room in a house on a quiet street right in the middle of the North lanes. Situated only a 3 minute walk from the Brighton train station, so pretty ideal for commuters.

The room is a small to medium double room and comes unfurnished with built in shelves. Our landlord is very easygoing and has no problems with people painting and decorating their rooms, as long as it's returned to it's original state after lease.
The house has a decent sized kitchen connected to a medium dinning area/living room. There are three bathrooms overall - two with showers (so no bathroom schedule issues) and the house is situated over four floors. The garden is on the smaller side, but we make good use of it often hanging out there in the evenings for a chat and glass of wine.
We are in the process of making the house our own, so if you're keen to contribute to the vibe in a place you've found the right room ad :)

About us, we are Jo (32), Ethan (27), Zamira (37), and Gus (24). We are easygoing professionals and friends from a previous house share looking to move in other sociable, clean, and respectful beans. Two of our housemates are looking to leave soon and so if you are two friends looking to move together, you may be a good fit!
