The house is over three floors with an open plan kitchen/dining/living room which you are welcome to use. There are two bathrooms in the house, both with showers. There is a good-sized garden with a patio area and a roof terrace at the top of the house.

The house is 5 minutes from Preston Park; 8 minutes from London Road station, 10 minutes from Brighton station and many bus routes a few minutes walk away. London Road shops, cafes, restaurants and takeaways are on the doorstep. The seafront is a 20 minute walk away.
I am a live-in but low profile landlord who has rented out rooms in my house for the last 11 years to young people.
