Hi there! While this may be a small property, it makes up for in cosiness and value. 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a communal lounge area and kitchen with a small bacl patio. The location is perfect, being a 10 minute walk to the city centre and a 5 minute walk to the beach. We are currently in council tax band E, and the rent will be £1850 a month (£616.66 pp) minus utilities, which are currently £60.90 a month.
The two current tenants looking to renew for next summer are myself (Melissa, 22 female professional) and Kaz (22, non binary professional) with my lovely cat Spock.
We are looking to renew our tenancy by Novemner 15th 2025 but the move-in date wouldnt be until July 19th 2026.
All we need in a roommate is someone tidy, chill and friendly :)
