I have a room available in this gorgeous top floor flat with sea views from every window! I am looking for someone lovely, considerate, calm to share this space with me.

I am a northerner and been living in Brighton for the past 4 years. I have lived in lots of house shares and looking for someone lovely, considerate and easy to get on with to share with.

I am a positive, bubbly person, I love keeping active, surfing, swimming, paddle boarding, pilates, being outside in the sun when shining. I enjoy socialising with friends, drinking cocktails, wine from time to time. I have partied over the years but now do love chilling in the evenings and this is not a party flat, it is a safe space, a sanctuary to watch the sea from :) I am a trained nurse and pilates teacher. I do both part time. In the week I am in and out most days to go and teach or when I nurse I work 9-5pm.

The flat is bright, airy, separate toilet and bathroom, modernised in 2019. Central heating. Kitchen and living room in one. I have a good relationship with the landlady who is happy for us to make it a home, we have to clear things with her first like putting up shelves etc. If you are into exercising at home we have a yoga/pilates room. I am a pilates teacher, I will be recording classes from in there soon, but is free to use if I am not filming. Currently I teach one live class a week from here on a Monday evening. If you have friends who come to stay we can put a blow up bed in there.

The room is a good size, partially furnished, with space for wardrobe and chest of draws. The previous tenants had a king size bed in there with a chest of draws. There is lots of cupboards in the hallway. £750 a month plus bills - which works out at £900 a month, this includes council tax, gas, electricity, internet, water and TV license.
