Single room in North Laines

We have a single room in the heart of the north Laines (upper Gardner street) - 5 minutes from the station. There is a street market on this road every Saturday.

You will be sharing with me and Dean, I am a bar tender and Dean is a DJ (don’t worry he mixes with his headphones on). We’re both very social people but respectful of each other and the space so we’re looking for someone who sees this as their home.

The room shares a bathroom with Dean and comes unfurnished.

To get the most out of this space i would recommend having a single bed but it is technically possible to put a double in there.
There’s a hanging rail already set up in the room to maximise the space.
