Quiet haven suitable for a working professional

🌿 Peaceful Double Room for Short-Term Let (Jan 3rd – March 31st 2026)

A comfortable double room is available in my home for a 3-month let from January 3rd to March 31st. It would suit someone seeking a quiet, cosy space — perhaps to write, study, or enjoy a calm retreat.

The ground-floor bedroom is fully furnished, and there’s a private bathroom (with bath and shower) just along the hallway. Bedding and towels can be provided if required.

The house has superfast WiFi, a large open-plan kitchen, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

I’m a cat lover, so you’d need to be comfortable living with a friendly feline. Ideally, I’m looking for a vegetarian or mostly vegetarian housemate who values a peaceful home.

All bills are included, except for a fortnightly cleaner whose cost we share (£25 each).
(For reference, the property is Council Tax Band D.)
