My current flatmate is moving on, so I'm looking for a queer-friendly person to take the second room in a lovely 2-bedroom flat in Seven Dials.
The Space & Location
* Council Tax band C
* The Flat: It's a really nice and spacious flat that is fully furnished (kitchen, living room, etc.).
* The Room: Your bedroom is the only part that is unfurnished, giving you a blank canvas to make it your own!
* Location/Commute: We're in the awesome Seven Dials area. You'll be:
* Less than a 10-minute walk to Seven Dials and bus stops.
* About a 15-minute walk to the train station.
About Me (Your Potential Flatmate!)
I'm an introvert who loves my solo time 😌, but I'm also friendly and happy to socialise. Here's a quick look at my life:
* Work & Hobbies: I work at a coffee shop and I'm also a hula hooper/hoop juggler. I also love cooking. I have lots of different hobbies and keep going through phases...
* Vibes: I'm generally quiet and enjoy chilling in front of the TV most evenings, or relaxing in my room. While I'm quiet, I'm a secret lover of hardcore electronic music 🎶 but don't worry, I am not always loud.
* Cleanliness: I'm strict with keeping the main flat clean and tidy—I just ask for the same in return! (Full disclosure: my own bedroom can be a bit messy sometimes, but the shared areas are always a priority.)
