Spacious bedroom - Central Brighton

Hello! We’re looking for someone to move into our lovely spare bedroom. We’re a couple in our 30s living with our friendly black cat, Pimpi, and Lia’s many plants (you’ll notice them!).

The room is spacious, bright, and comes fully furnished with:
- A comfortable double bed
- Smart TV
- Standing desk and ergonomic chair (great for working from home)
- Large bay window
- A few plants (we can remove them if you prefer)
- Weekly cleaning of both the bedroom and shared spaces

The house includes:
- One shared bathroom
- A large, bright kitchen
- A cozy shared living room
- A back garden

A bit about us:
We both work hybrid schedules (usually 3 days a week from home). We enjoy a mix of quiet evenings and social weekends - cycling, gigs, gaming, crocheting, cooking, and of course, spending time with our beautiful cat, Pimpi.

We’re ideally looking for a professional with similar interests who’s after a short- to mid-term rental and appreciates a friendly, tidy home environment.

One non-negotiable: you must be a genuine cat lover; Pimpi is part of our family, and we’re looking for someone who will be her new bestie while living here.
