£400 a month room available:)

Hey,

We’re Estelle and Kevin and we’ve got a single furnished room available for £400 per month (bills come to about £125 each).

Kevin works at Amex and is also an actor, he likes watching movies and going to the pub.

I’m Estelle, I work freelance in marketing. I like smoking ****, sewing and sailing.

The place is basically on st James street which means we do tend to hear a bit of noise at night as there’s lots of bars and pubs on this road.

Our landlord does require guarantors and only offers a minimum of a one year lease but if you’re interested, do feel free to drop us a message and we’ll arrange a viewing:)

We have a washer and dryer in one, fast internet which is ideal for working at home, a massive grocery store less than a minute walk away and a 5 min bus journey from brighton station.
