I’m estelle & my other roommate is Kevin &
we’ve got a single furnished room available for £400 per month (bills come to about £100 each).


We both work in hospitality and work late nights a lot but we hangout every now and then.

It’s located off st James street, in between Morrisons and old Seine bus stop.

Our landlord does require guarantors annoyingly but if you’re interested do feel free to drop us a message and we’ll arrange a viewing. Kind of need someone to move in soon:)

We’ve got a washer&dryer in one btw!

Ps, one of us smokes “🌿🍃” so ideally you’d be green positive or don’t mind the smell every once in a while.
