- to bus stop sea life or old steine is very closed 150-200 meters from home , take you at all direction to Eastbourne Worthing universities train station ( you can walk 12 15 minutes) Crawley etc
- royal pavilion old steine nearly behind corner as well few steps from home is post office Morrisons other shops on st James street
To Churchill square shopping centre is 8-10 minutes max walking

House is clean warm, both rooms are on ground floor and have next to them bathroom.( 3 bathrooms at home washing machine turbo dryer , each room is as separate household have fridge kettle microwave to keep privacy.
