Large double room in Brighton city centre

Hello!

We are a house share of 4 looking for someone to fill our double room at the front of the house as our currently housemate is sadly leaving us.

The house sits between kemptown, hanover and the city centre making it a great location to explore Brighton, go to the beach and a quick trip to Aldi.

The room has amble space and excellent light. The rooms come unfurnished but the current flatmate may leave some furniture closer to moving.

The property is shared with 1 professional male and female, and female masters student. We have a shared kitchen with a large living and dining space downstairs. The property does not have parking without a permit.

We mainly keep to ourselves but occasionally come together to have dinner, watch tv or head to the pub. We’d like someone relatively social and outgoing who can contribute to the vibe but is respectful and clean :)
