Double room in spacious and cosy flat

Looking for a new flatmate, the room available is unfurnished but the rest of the flat has been furnished by myself. The flat is two stories, bright and has a cosy feel to it. I have lived here 2 and a half years. Im neurodivergent and would love to find someone who has similar interests and would be up for occasionally doing things together, maybe having a drink or watching a film. Although, I do also enjoy my own company and am respectful about giving people space.

I work Monday to Friday at an arts charity and am also a singer/songwriter. I like going to gigs and having a drink in the pub as well as going on walks and having chilled evenings in, watching films etc.

10 minute walk to lewes road Sainsbury’s, 30 minute walk to town and there’s a bus stop on our road.

Rent: £650 a month (not including bills)
Council tax band: C (£91 each)
