Double bedroom in Central Brighton

2nd floor flat in central Brighton, next to Waitrose on Western Road, a minute from the beach and 5 minutes from Churchill Square. One of our current flatmates is travelling for 6 months, so looking for someone to fill his vacancy in the meantime.

We are a friendly bunch, both working from home in professional roles so quiet on the weekdays but occasionally like to go out or cook a meal together or have a night in on weekends. I generally spend a lot of time at the gym or gaming and our other flatmate Charlie is a photo editor and loves football. Ideally someone who lives here would be respectful in terms of noise during weekdays and tidy.

Wifi is £12 a month, gas and electric is roughly £30 and council tax (band A) is £80.
