Join our gorgeous house next academic year!

URGENTLY need to secure a flatmate for next September so we can renew our tenancy in our beautiful wonderful house.
It's in a fab location, right next to the bottom of Preston park and close to London road shops and a short walk into Brighton city campus. As well as being directly opposite a bus stop into other areas of town.
We have loads of fridge and cupboard space, high ceilings and big windows, a neat clean house, big garden, two living rooms, large dining table, 3 toilets and 3 showers.
The double room available is a loft room with double bed, sink, wardrobe, drawers, desk and stool.
