The room is quiet and has a king size bed with a smart TV mounted on the wall. The bathroom is next to the bedroom and has a shower and bath.
There is a large kitchen and a living area available to relax with books and an open fire place.
We are looking for someone to rent our sons room while he is travelling abroad. We would appreciate a quiet tennant who is happy to be flexable with our dog (who can be noisey) and likes kids because our grandson visits on Saturdays.
Because our current lodger works in catering it is preferably that you would aswell because of hours kept etc.
