Small bright double room with lots of storage available in Bevendean. 10 minute walk to Brighton uni (Moulsecomb campus), and aldi. We have a driveway but there are two people with cars here, so you would need to get a permit for the street. We are very close to a bus stop.
You would be sharing a bathroom with one other person. Bill are not included but usually come to about £100 extra a month.
We don't have pets, but we have a lot of neighborhood cats that come to visit, so must be ok with cats
