Bright Double Room in Bevendean

Small bright double room with lots of storage available in Bevendean. East facing window, so great for morning sun.
10 minute walk to Brighton uni (Moulsecomb campus), and aldi. We have a driveway but there are two people with cars here, so you would need to get a permit for the street. We are very close to a bus stop.

You would be sharing a bathroom (with bath) with one other person. And there is a shared kitchen/sitting room. There is also a garden with table and chairs.

Bill are not included but usually come to about £100 extra a month.

We don't have pets, but we have a lot of neighborhood cats that come to visit.

Must be LGBTQ+ friendly.
