I’m looking for a new housemate to share a friendly, relaxed flat in a central Brighton location. The available room is a bright double, and monthly costs come to £750 for the room plus £150 for bills (WiFi included). Council tax is separate (Band A).

The room has a wardrobe which belongs to the landlord but you would need to have a bed!

I’m hoping to find someone who enjoys a sociable, communal home — someone happy to hang out in the kitchen, have the occasional shared meal, and chat now and then. Just a comfortable, friendly vibe.
