We’re looking for a new housemate to join our lovely 4-person house share in the heart of BN1. The location is amazing, a very short walk to shops, transport, cafes, pubs and pretty much everything you need.
The Room
- Bright double room
- £600 per month (bills not included)
- Available in a warm, welcoming home
- Room comes unfurnished but I am moving back to Aus so I can leave it here for you if you'd like.
The house has a really friendly vibe. We all have our own lives and schedules but it’s also a social place where we enjoy watching TV, movies and having the occasional dinner together. It’s clean, comfortable and well taken care of. We also have a lovely landlord who’s responsive and easy to deal with.
Current housemates are 26–28 so we’re ideally looking for someone in a similar age range who’s relaxed, considerate and enjoys a balance of independence and sociable house life.
