Double room in Seven Dials

Double room available in gorgeous 2 bed ground floor flat in Seven Dials. 1 bathroom with shower and bath and lots of built in storage! Open plan kitchen with super nice amenities. Room is a double but suitable for one person, it has got a built in cupboard with the means to install a clothes rail, has the back door that leads directly to the garden, and lots and lots of plug sockets! Super lovely quiet road, just by Seven Dials, 5 minute walk from Brighton station and a 10 minute walk from town centre.
Me and my beloved kitty Halloumi come as a package deal, we're a pretty chill household for the most part. We don't do much crazy partying, but we do enjoy movie nights, cooking for people, video games, small get togethers and I love going to local gigs. I'm a body piercer and currently work very long hours so will be out of the house all day at least 3 days a week but can be a bit of a homebody on my days off.
Halloumi is <currently> an indoor cat with her litter tray in the bathroom, in the new year I intend for her to be an outdoor cat and will no longer require a litter tray indoors.
Must be good to live with a cat and a non binary. I'm fine with cigs, booze, green but please no class A's in the house. Free Palestine.

Room is available from now (December) but deadline for move in is January 14th :)
I would very much like to meet in person and have a yap over some coffee/tea/juice/water first before any moving in <3
