Double room in friendly house close to town

We are a house share of 4 looking for someone to fill our double room at the front of the house as our current housemate is sadly leaving us.
The house sits between kemptown, hanover and the city centre making it a great location to explore Brighton, go to the beach and a quick trip to Aldi.
The room has ample space, excellent light and will come unfurnished with the exception of a bed frame (no mattress).
The property is shared with 2 young professional males and a female masters student. We have a shared kitchen with a large living and dining space downstairs. The property has parking outside but you have to apply for a permit to park on the street.
We mainly keep to ourselves but occasionally come together to have dinner, watch tv or head to the pub. We'd like someone relatively social and outgoing who can contribute to the vibe but is respectful and clean :)
