About the flat: lovely first floor flat near Fiveways. The flat is warm with lots of natural light, a shower/bath and another room which will be turned into a second living room. Good sized kitchen with gas hob, fridge/freezer and washing machine.

Theres free parking on the street and surrounding streets and bus routes close by.

About me: I’m 30, I work in the arts, hybrid WFH/office. When not working I love to read, hang out with friends, go to gigs or the theatre.

As a housemate I’m fairly relaxed. I value home as a place to relax and unwind, I like to keep communal spaces clean and tidy and live in a kind, respectful way. I love meeting new people and making friends. I have a very sweet and playful cat who will give plenty of love and affection to people who give him the same.

About you: I’d ideally like to live with another woman or queer person, who is likeminded and kind. Cat enthusiasts preferred.
