Bright Sunny Room by Leafy Preston Park

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for someone (female preferred just for the house balance) to take my room - available from the 5th Dec :)
It's a big, bright double room that gets plenty of sunshine all day 🌞

The current housemates (Ben, Sophie & Jack) are absolutely lovely - the sweetest people who are extremely chilled and welcoming. There is a lovely vibe in the house, if you like coffee there's a great coffee machine! and enjoy the occasional movie or board games night in the cosy living room, but never any pressure to join :)

Room currently has a very comfortable double bed, desk, chair, clothes rack and mirror. I can leave everything if you need it - happy to negotiate that :)

Rent is £470, with bills coming to around £150 each. A great price for Brighton - especially in such a great location :)
Preston Park is just across the road, a gorgeous leafy spot with a little market every weekend.
Bus takes 15 mins to get into town, a cycle lane runs most of the way, and you can easily walk it in about 30 mins.
You're also just up the road from London Road which has some great charity shops and cheap eateries.
