Double Room near the Laines

I’m looking for someone or a couple to replace me in a cosy house near the Laines!


It is a three bed house just round the corner from all the shops and cafes. I've really enjoyed my time here but I am moving away from Brighton. It’s been such a great central location to be in, perfect for spending days in the Laines or meeting up with friends at the pub and so easy for getting on the train to London or wherever else. 

The housemates are really friendly and relaxed as well as clean and tidy. One is an art graduate and enjoys art, drawing, film and generally being creative. The other is a graphic designer, who enjoys music and gigs. They are both queer.

It’s a spacious double room on the top floor of the house with plenty of extra storage under the eves. The room gets really nice afternoon sun and has double glazing so is super quiet. It’s unfurnished a part from the built in desk and metal drawers underneath it. I could leave the mattress if you wanted.

The house has a shared living room and a small garden which has been great for tea and chats in the sun.☀️

The landlord is efficient and responsive.

It’s less than 10 minutes walk to Brighton station so ideal for commuting, 7 minutes to the sea and minutes from the Laines.

LGBTQ+ household so looking for someone friendly and welcoming!

It's a monthly rolling contract. The room is £680 plus bills and the deposit is £675. 

The move in date is the 28th of December but I can be flexible. A few weeks before or after would also be fine.
