Hi all, I’m urgently looking for a replacement tenant as I'm having to move out due to family illness. Hoping someone can help me!
The room is fully furnished and on the first floor of an 8 person house on Lewes road right next to the big Sainsbury's and an 8min walk from Aldi. Other housemates are very friendly. There's a large kitchen/living room that's just been remodelled with a new smart TV, which has been perfect for movie nights!
Brighton station and Mouslecoomb station are both approx 20min walks away.
There's a bus stop about 1min walk away.
Brighton uni is about 10 mins away.
Sussex uni is 20 mins.
The room is rented individually and is £600 per month with the tenancy running until next august. Please let me know if you're interested, I'm looking to move out asap!
