We’re two friendly professionals (26 and 29) looking for someone who wants more than just a room – we’d love a housemate who’s respectful, tidy, chilled, and still up for the chinwag over a bottle of wine.
One of us works in fashion marketing, the other is doing a Master’s in Occupational Therapy, and the flat has a warm, calm vibe where everyone respects each other’s space but still gets on really well.
About the room & flat:
• Biggest bedroom in the flat
• Unfurnished bedroom
• Access to the top of the building which can be used like a private balcony
• Fully furnished shared lounge & kitchen
• Washing machine & dishwasher
• Permit parking available
Location:
• Amazing spot: around 15 minutes’ walk to town
• Tesco and Sainsbury’s nearby and pubs basically on your doorstep
• Easy bus routes into central Brighton, Hove, and the Marina.
• 5–10 minutes by bus to both Brighton Station and Hove Station
Bills:
• Not included
• Roughly £60 per month (excluding council tax and water)
Move-in date:
Ideally, at some point before the end of December but flexible into the new year.
You’d be taking over the current housemate’s contract, which runs until the end of July, with the option to renew after.
