We are live-out landlords, residing in the neighbouring main house and working in the therapeutic field. We are looking for a single woman or a mature, trustworthy and considerate couple who will love and respect this little home.

The flat comes furnished with a brand-new bed, small sofa bed, table, and chairs. We are open to you furnishing the flat yourself if preferred.

Living Area: A spacious room overlooking the garden, ideal for relaxing.

Kitchenette: Brand new and generously sized, equipped with a stove, microwave, oven, and a very large fridge–freezer with excellent storage.
There is also a desk positioned to overlook the green area, perfect for working from home.

Bathroom: Newly built with a shower, sink, and toilet.

Heating: Two efficient electric heaters installed on the walls; the flat is well insulated and cheap to run.

Sustainability: Solar panels on the roof support greener energy use.

Privacy & Access

You have your own private gate entrance, and the flat is completely separate from the main house.

Laundry facilities (washing machine and dryer) are shared and located in the porch of the main house — easy to access without entering the main house.
