Welcome to our beautiful, modern self-contained one-bedroom garden flat. Recently built and designed to feel bright and peaceful. It offers wonderful views over the garden and the open green playing field directly next to the property, perfect for anyone who enjoys natural surroundings and a calm atmosphere.

We are live-out landlords, living in the next door main house and working in the therapeutic field. We are both relaxed and easy going. We are looking for a someone who is friendly, mature, trustworthy and considerate.

Inside the Flat

The flat comes furnished with a brand-new bed, small sofa bed, table, and chairs. We are open to you furnishing the flat yourself if preferred.

Bedroom: Double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers

Living Area: A spacious room overlooking the garden, ideal for relaxing.

Kitchenette: Brand new and generously sized, equipped with a stove, microwave oven, and a very large fridge wig freezer compartment. Good storage. Open to providing an air fryer aswel if needed.
There is a desk positioned to overlook the green field ahead.

Bathroom: Shower, sink, and toilet.

Heating: Two efficient electric heaters installed on the walls; the flat is well insulated and cosy.

Sustainability: Solar panels on the roof support greener energy use.

Privacy & Access

You have your own private gate entrance, and the flat is completely separate from the main house. A small area for outside seating.
You have 5 minute walks to buses into town. Either across the field via a gate at the bottom of the garden or from your front drive entrance to Surrenden Road.
Laundry facilities (washing machine and dryer) are shared and located in the porch of the main house — easy to access without entering the main house.

Free off-street parking on the driveway

Additional parking with minimal restrictions on the nearby roads

The flat is in Fiveways, a very quiet and friendly neighbourhood with a real community feel.
