Double bedroom with valley view and parking

I’m moving out of a double room on the 1st floor with two built in wardrobes. We have a 400mps Wi-Fi box in the room and a beautiful view over the Preston park valley and South Downs. We have a shared laundry drying room/ storage room, separate kitchen and living room with a projector. There is a three tiered garden and patio and bike storage. Bills are all inclusive and cost £98 a month. Tenancy ends August 4th 2026. Really close to Preston Park station. All other housemates are artists/craftspeople. The room can be furnished or unfurnished as the furniture is mine but I’m happy to leave it. There is also an allocated parking spot on the driveway to use. No one else in the house drives so perfect if you have a car
