Room to let Elm Grove Jan-August

Hello! I am looking for someone to take over the lease for my room starting January. It’s a 5 min walk from Lewes Road Garage bus stop, 20 mins to campuses and 15 mins to city centre. The bedroom is spacious, fully-furnished, with double bed and terraced windows. There are two girls living there, lovely, calm and clean. The street is not up a hill, rare for Elm Grove. The lease is until August 14th. I am sad to leave it, it’s an amazing room and a very lucky location. I can even sell you the green bean bag couch!

Amenities: newly renovated bathroom w/ bathtub, big kitchen with dining table, washer/dryer, lots of cupboard space.
