Hello. We have a big bright double room available in a friendly house near Preston Park.

The room gets sunshine from morning till evening and has a calm, peaceful feel.

Our former flatmate is moving out around mid February and the exact date will be confirmed. Female preferred.

Comes with double bed and a big desk for working from home

About the house
You will be living with Ben, Sophie and Leticia
We are open, chilled and friendly and are looking for the same.
We enjoy coffee from an espresso machine
We like to do things together sometimes, like board games, movie nights or walks in the park
We also respect each other’s space and quiet time

Location
Preston Park is very close and perfect if you love trees and green space
Buses take about fifteen minutes to get into town
A cycle lane runs most of the way if you prefer to bike, which is about 10mins into town or 15mins to the beach.

Price
Rent is five hundred a month
Bills are around one hundred and fifty
Council Tax Band C
Looking for someone mid twenties or older with an easygoing and postive vibe :)
