Cozy central double room in Brighton

Hi!
i'm planning to travel for a period of time and subbleting my lovely room in Brighton: the house has 3 floor, a shared living room, an outside space and is located very central in preston Circus, walking distance to the station around 10 minutes and 15 minutes to the north lanes.

We have a very harmonious and peaceful balance at the moment, we are all in our late 30, working at different projects, arts and educations related and enjoy the peace of our home: we love to mantain it cozy, tidy without stressing.

I'm looking to find someone that is in Brighton short term and could use my room while i'm away, ideally a woman.
