Room to rent from 18th of August 2026, bills not included. We are 5 students, good location between the universities and central Brighton. Large communal space downstairs, small courtyard area. Washer and dryers included. Need a uk guarantor to rent. Two bathrooms with showers. Two boys and three girls ages from 19-21. We all get on really well, clean people and a really good atmosphere to live in. Looking for another student. Room includes a double bed, desk, draws, a built in wardrobe and a non working fireplace with mantle. Located on the second floor of a four floor house. Kitchen and common area downstairs. Thank you!
