The lockable room has a double bed, double wardrobe, large chest of drawers with mirror, 2 x bedside tables with lamps, wooden venetian blinds + curtains, full length wall mirror, laundry basket, bin, coat hooks. A desk with chair on wheels is also provided but can be removed if preferred.

*PARKING: Free and easy on street parking with no permit required (rare in Brighton!)

*SHOPS: 2 local convenience stores a few minutes walk from the house. 2 large supermarkets further down the road.
