I’m a U. S. Citizen and this technically is my holiday home. I plan to be there no more than two or three months a year if that, and one of the two bedrooms would double as my crash pad and workspace. This means you wouldn’t be seeing much of me. I work in animation (currently on the show Family Guy), am an LGBT dude, a published author, am a complete and total delight, low drama, non-smoker, drug and alcohol free, tidy, fun, quiet , interesting and respectful.

I absolutely love the property so I’d want a roommate who takes as good care of it as I do. I lowered the going rental rate considerably as ultimately I’m hoping my flatmate could assist in keeping the place orderly, clean and well maintained while I’m away. Though I know this might be asking a bit much, optimally I’d love someone there who felt like family; a trustworthy soul who I could check in on from time to time while I was back in Los Angeles to see that all is well with my beloved holiday hideaway.
