We have a lovely, bright double room for single occupancy in our 2 bed, 2 bathroom, garden house available in BN2 (Queens Park Junction). 3 minute walk to Brighton General Hospital, 3 minute walk to bus stops with direct routes to Royal Sussex County Hospital (9 mins), train station and other routes.

£775 per month including all bills (council tax, gas, electric, water, fibre wifi, TV licence)

We're a relaxed, friendly couple looking for a professional (no WFH) to share the house with us. The house is contemporary, comfy and calm and has plenty of space for 3 people - no cramped living here!
