I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy, as I’ve decided to move home. The house is great and the two housemates, 23M and 32M, are very relaxed, clean and friendly. I’ve lived here since August 2024 and originally paid a deposit of £740 but only wish for £600 returned as I understand general wear and tear will require maintenance.
