About me
--------------------------
Grew up in Brighton, then moved away for uni, postgrad, and work for around ten years. I’ve spent the last three years working abroad and travelling, and I’m now looking to settle back in Brighton for a while as I’m setting up another business here. I’ll probably never be fully done with travelling and will always be up for heading off on an adventure now and then.
I work remotely. Sometimes from home, but often out and about for a change of environment.
Very active and outdoors-leaning. Running, climbing, swimming, racket sports and gym time are staples. Big on winter sports and water sports in the right seasons, and always keen to try new things.
Evenings are generally relaxed or sport-focused. I love the cinema, a good series or film at home, and the occasional pub or spontaneous plan. I spend a lot of time with friends in Brighton and London and really value good friendships and connections.
--------------------------
Who I’m looking for
--------------------------
Someone who shares similar values around living with other people. The flat is a good size, we have our own bathrooms, and the building amenities mean there’s space to do your own thing without getting in each other’s way.
I’m not looking for an instant best mate, but getting on well and having some shared interests would make it a much nicer setup than just coexisting.
You don’t need to share all my interests, but a similar pace helps. Someone active, balanced, and who treats the flat as a home rather than just somewhere to sleep.
Age-wise, 25–40 probably makes sense, but I’m flexible if the fit feels right. Working from home isn’t an issue as there are shared workspaces in the building. Not closed to pets, as long as it works for the space.
Overall, I’m hoping for a friendly, easy living dynamic that feels relaxed and grown-up.
