Well located double room in welcoming house share

The house is ideally located right next to the train station, making commuting super easy. The room also has a lovely sea view, which is a really nice bonus. The house has 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bath!
This is a friendly all-girls house, and we’re looking for a woman aged 25+ to join our home. We keep the house clean and tidy.
It’s a welcoming and relaxed environment where we enjoy being friendly and having a chat, while also respecting each other’s personal space. The house feels calm, comfortable.
The room is on a rolling contract, offering flexibility, and some of the girls have stayed long-term, which really reflects how nice it is to live here.
The room comes unfurnished, however I am selling my mattress and chest of drawers. And would leave the desk and side table for free.
Council tax is band C/ not suitable for students
