Friendly all female household looking for a female aged 25+ to join this lovely home. It’s a welcoming and relaxed environment where we all enjoy having a chat. The house feels calm and comfortable.

The room is on a rolling contract which offers lots of flexibility. No guarantor / references required. Some of the girls have been here long term, which references how nice the house is.

The room comes unfurnished, however I am selling my bed and a bureau. The room has in - built shelves and a rail. Council tax band C. Not suitable for students. Room is available to move in 28th January but I do have some flexibility for anyone to move into between now and then if needed! ✨
