South facing small room

We have multiple bedrooms available in our wonderful house located right next to London Road Train station. Let us know which room you are most interested in. You'd be welcome to come and view them both and see which one you prefer on the day.

The house is a 5 minute walk to London Road and around a 10-15 minute walk into town. The house is also super close to Preston Park and has a spacious sunny garden. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe and we also have lovely neighbours (one of them have a cat that you can pet if you want to 😋.)

We are working professionals in the creative industries, that are looking for a lovely person to complete our home. Some of us work from home, we love music, gardening, sea swimming, books, nature, and going to pubs/cafes/gigs/all the nice places with friends ❤️. We are looking for like-minded people that like a clean, sociable and calm home and want to create a space where everyone feels at home 🏠.

The rent for the room is £542-£571.50 a month. Bills are not included in this, so internet, council tax (band A £34.17) and utilities are in addition to that (roughly £80-100) a month. Deposit is 6 weeks rent. The room is available from the 16th of Feb 2026 and will be on a short contract until the new renters bill comes in which will be a rolling monthly contract after that. We are looking for working professionals with a UK guarantor age 27 - 35.
