The flat is in a gated apartment complex and comes with a community gym, rooftop terrace, gated parking and a 24x7 concierge. The apartment (the blockhouse) also hosts communal events for its residents.
One of the spare room overlooks the Aldi and the other has plenty of sunshine as its south facing!
