We’re looking for a new housemate to join our lovely home in Seven Dials, Brighton.

The room is fully furnished and includes a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. It also has a built-in sink, which is super practical.
The house is fully furnished as well and has a well-equipped kitchen, washing machine/dryer, 2 bathrooms, dining area, living room with TV, and a garden. It’s a very cosy and warm house -ideal for these winter months.

The location is excellent, right between Seven Dials and Prestonville. It’s close to all amenities: shops in Seven Dials and London Road, great bus connections across the city, a 7-minute walk to Brighton Station, 10 minutes walk to the North Laine, and around 20 minutes to the beach. We're also a 5-minute walk to the National Express stop to London (Preston Circus). The location is honestly one of the best parts of the house.

All bills are included (heating, water, gas, internet, etc.). Council tax is Band B and comes to £27.75 per person per month.

The room is available from the 10th of January.

About us:
We all met while doing our Master’s degrees at Sussex and are now young professionals / PhD students, so someone with a similar profile would be ideal. You’ll hear English, Spanish and Bulgarian in the house. We treat the house as a home rather than just a place to sleep, and we’d love for you to feel the same.

The property is managed by Co-apt agency, and the new tenant will need to pass the usual referencing/background checks.
