I’m moving out & am looking for someone to fill my double room in Central brighton. Move in date is currently 1/2 March.

Double room in flat share with 3 girls .

The room is a double and furnished with a bed, I’d be happy to leave the chest of drawers too for around £20.

There are two bathrooms, one has a shower and one has a bath - both have toilets.

There is a small living room/area furnished with a sofa and chairs and the kitchen comes with a full length fridge freezer and washing machine.

This flat share is lovely, everyone is super respectful and easy going.

The flat is less than a 10 minute walk to the station and super close to lots of supermarkets.

Rent is £525 a month (including some bills) only bills on top are council tax (£55 a month) and wifi (£13.42 a month) - all comes to less than £600 a month.

Deposit is £500 to be send to me & the estate agent will change the name over :)
