Double bedroom in friendly & creative house!

Hey homies!

We have 1 double bedroom available in our lovely home in Seven Dials as one of our current housemates is moving closer to work <3 - the room is technically unfurnished but he is open to leaving some furniture behind for new tenant if needed! (bed, desk etc x)

You’d be taking over his room and sharing with the rest of us: myself (Em), Sam and Kat! This would technically be from early Feb but current housemate is leaving Jan 17th so you’re welcome to get settled in earlier too!

We’re all friendly & relaxed creatives in our mid-twenties, working in various fields (psychology, photography, music) and are looking for someone who fits the vibe to join us! 💋

We all love music, reading, movies, food - all the usual stuff! Kat and I are non-smokers, although our lovely Sam is partial to a cigarette (but only in the garden ofc!)

We’re all easy going + used to shared living, always up for chatting + hanging out in the kitchen, but also appreciate each others down time 🫶

Kat and I both work Mon-Fri, Sam’s schedule is more flexible atm (I work outside the house, Kat just WFH Mondays + Thursdays)

Bills + Council Tax average out to roughly £130 per month ✨ + there is permit parking, Zone Q

Landlady is looking for someone also in FT employment / can provide reliable income + pass referencing x
