Room for rent in central location

Hello,

I will be vacating my apartment and need someone to take over from me. The room currently has all my furniture in it and can be moved or left - depending on what you want. The current tenant is a super chill guy, works weekends so you’ll mostly have the place to yourself at that time.

We are looking for someone who’s chill, respectful, clean and not overall insane.

Bills come up to about £100/month in total so its not too bad. All the amenities in the apartment are new and fully functional. The apartment als has amazing insulation so you’ll barely need to spend money on heating.
