Lovely Double room – Short term let (4 months)

One spacious, bright double room available for a short-term let, in a 2-bedroom flat with a garden, between Brighton Marina and the Brighton Racecourse (Manor Hill area).

My name is Marina. I am going on a 4-month sabbatical, hence looking for someone interested in a short-term let. From mid-February to mid-June 2026. The price is 750.00 GBP/month, with all bills included.

The room has a comfy double bed, a wardrobe, 3 chests of drawers, a small desk, and two windows (to the sea, and to the garden).

The flat is fully furnished to a high standard, including the bedroom. It will suit someone who is looking for temporary accommodation and does not have furniture to take with them.

The flat is on top of a hill, has a lot of natural light, a nice view to the sea, and a (bit wild) garden. It’s a 15-minute walk to the beach, and a 10-minute walk to the main road (Eastern Road), with lots of bus connections (1,7, 21 and others run regularly). It is also close to the Royal Sussex County Hospital, and the closest supermarket is Lidl on Arundel Road.

Your flatmate will be Marketa, 36-year-old Czech/British woman. She is a lovely cook, and a social/friendly person, but will also respect your personal space. She mostly works from home (on occasion she goes to her London office), so needs peace and quiet during the day.
