We have a big double loft bedroom available in our lovely 4 bed house. Bills are roughly £150 each (incl. council tax, water, WiFi and energy)
There is a bathroom on the same floor which would mostly be yours- we only use the toilet in there when needed. We have a shared living room, a lovely garden, a washer/dryer and there is on street permit parking.
We're all sociable and up for hanging out but also respect and need our own time too. I have a cat so being pet friendly is a must! Our landlord requires a UK guarantor
